@legendfps5939 the fact you’re comparing using REFERENCES to using a data set to fully copy someone’s work reflects YOUR stupidity. And it’s not the fact that AI makes art that makes everyone upset, it’s the fact that they’re just taking peoples work and using it to create their “own” art. “Shouldn’t be making art in the first place”? The point of making art is to express your own self and emotions, and to have fun with it. Artists are NOT the problem here, and I can’t believe anyone actually thinks they are. Art is many people’s CAREERS. Their livelihood. The fact you’re trying to defend a computer taking that away is mind blowing. AI art is not art, it’s plagiarism.
