I get what your saying but as i understand it the complexity of the machine does not effect the legal mechanics. its still 'machine generated ' . Also, its not just about the UI method . Its also about the data sets (the weights ) , and where they came from. 'Fair use' and 'Public domain' are on shakey ground when we start talking about Ai data sets. Lastly Humans and machines are not ethically or legally the same so the 'but humans do it ' argument just doesn't apply
