@MollyDrennanMost people fight traffic to drive to a big box (office building) to sit in a small box (cubicle). That is not a purpose. AI will free us to do what we really want. You may be correct about depression increasing, but that is a defect in some people, not AI. Those people don't understand what a gift life is.
Also, capitalism and every other current economic system won't work in a post-labor society. A new economic structure will have to be created.
