Yes! because the same greedy scumbags who want driverless trucks so they don't have to pay wages, meanwhile, staff the trucks with fools who should never have had the life to sit in a truck, for starvation wages, while at the same time, they pressure them more than they can handle!
So the greedy scumbags are to blame for these accidents, and they should be held accountable for it!
