Good news about Stable Diffusion and I think that legal battle to prohibit contemporary artist names being used could be won in the short term. Also a prohibition against these models being able to train on contemporary artists' works unless the artist opts in could also be achieved. I think that artists can join with writers in this regard, as Chat GPT is equally a threat to writers from copy writers to novelists. Also, these efforts of coming together to resist shouldn't solely be online actions as it is so easy for those pushing technology to keep track of such actions.
