@evanjuleen Yes it would be art... and at very least it would an expression of some sort, which, is protected by the first amendment of the USA constitution. And what you see as wrong, I see as comical and entertaining... If I ever had a daughter, and she did something like that, I'd let her know it is okay and that I know it is a fake... and I'd want her to receive money for the artwork featuring her... Much like people who are deep faked should get money, but it shouldn't be a criminal matter, in the USA, outside the USA you all can do whatever...
