yeah, was thinking the same.
Sure, they got to enforce GDPR in many cases, but that's a bit more clear cut. I don't think that adding watermarks to identify deepfakes will work, they'll just leave out or fake the watermarks...
More importantly, we've seen the cookie management disaster that came out of GDPR, total UX anti pattern... to make the AI act work we need to avoid such anti patterns, and that's really hard...
