@OhAwe Hi, I am implying what I stated. AIs do not "think" the way we "think". If you leave it alone and don't provide an input, it won't produce anything. It will not change at all. Brain dead you can call it. And what it produces as an output when given an input is 100% deterministic and you can think of it as instantly produced. I am not imagining it by the way, I can actually create AI models and have been using them for years.
So for an AI to turn rogue etc, they would need to change a lot. Current models are just massive functions that accept text as an input and generate text as an output. They don't learn while they do that. There is some pseudo random functionality inside them that makes them give different answers but when you get access to the underlying system directly, you can make them give you exactly the same answer every single time.
