We already have laws protecting against revenge corn, which would also apply to AI content made of x person. We've also had photoshop for a long time and it's been widely known some people photoshop celebrities' heads on the bodies of adult "performers." AI isn't bringing anything new to the table that hasn't already existed and been legislated on. It would also be easy for the feds to tell if a video is AI or not, no matter how good of a fake it is, it'd have a digital signature of sorts (or lack one, like geolocation which photos/videos taken with a phone or other recording device have) or other 'tells' that'd expose it as fake or AI content to someone trained in tech. I think AI adult content could actually SAVE lives, rather than destroy them like the current corn industry including OF does. The human cost for AI corn would be zero, no trafficked persons, no assaults, no HIV outbreaks, no self-deletion or OD's due to trauma, no degradation, I could go on. It would destroy the exploitative model of adult entertainment and "white slavery" at least for digital spaces overnight if AI were to become the standard. And as far as revenge corn and CSAM, current laws already protect for that, even if it's AI, such material is still considered illegal because it violates consent/is indistinguishable from a subject which cannot consent. So, yeah, the fearmongering on AI is ridiculous, and in this case clearly being bankrolled by the adult industry, which stands to be utterly destroyed if AI corn becomes popular. Boo-hoo, they wouldn't be able to exploit human lives anymore.
