AI art isn't "real art" because it's stolen from real art. It's just generative slop stolen from non-consenting artists and highly unethical. This is legally what it is. The pieces it stole from are real art, but the so-called AI is just a sloppy stitching tool that can't even do it's job right. It's not even "intelligent" enough to understand hands can't have 6 fingers and humans don't have 3 arms.
You're trying to make an emotional, touchy-feely argument here that art can be defined by appreciation, but that doesn't make any sense nor does it hold up in a court of law. The courts have already ruled AI generated slop cannot be copyrighted because they're not real. You've lost. It's time to get over it and stop being so sappy in your arguments against real artists.
