While AI for the use of "as an 80s dark fantasy" memes and for references are fine, the problem I see with this technology is its potential to force artists to sacrifice control over their own work to even be able to compete on the market. The threat of being "outcompeted" has already been used in pro AI videos such as those by Shadiversity and The Amazing Lucas. As such every possible means should be used to make adoption of this technology in media production industries unviable and it should be banned of certain platforms such as deviant art and art station.
