@mrsnowman002 Oh, I was very wrong about your argumentation, my bad.
I agree that ai should not make any creative decisions. That's what leads to the problematic low effort content polluting the feeds and clogging up art sites.
My main gripe here is that using ai ks not by definition a removal of the human expression. I take issue with the core arguments that were made that say that ai can not be used for expression and that ai in unique in using existing work to form itself.
Ai, even in its current early form, can be used as a medium and, in fact, creates better results when used as a medium by talented artists.
And even things as early as acrylic paints where informed by current feedback to form the product. Any development in art has been reliant on taking from previous works.
That's my main point, and even this is very generalised because this subject is not describable in a relatively short comment
