If you think every well paid job means a mass migration of workers taking up that, then we;d be inundated with doctors, engineers and AI experts at every get together. We're not. And its harder for women who make up a sliver of these physical jobs while making up more than 50% of graduates and that includes doctors. Does the job suddenly become less physical to attract their skills? Nope
