Thanks for sharing your disagreement! It's important I clarify two things:
1. Perhaps the term "reverse-engineer" can mean multiple things in this context. While we know how to BUILD LLMs, we do not know how to reverse engineer their outputs reliably. There have been studies slowly emerging of companies trying to build tools to understand WHY LLMs work, but we currently have no certainty there.
2. Can you explain what's disappointing about my question, which was "Who does AI really help when we depend on learning with it?" I want to understand other ways this might be interpreted as it's a pretty central question to my talk.
