"made creativity more accessible" as if there aren't already HUNDREDS of FREE art tutorials online. People who make AI "art" didnt make it because they want to express artistic creativity, they do it because they want instant gratification without putting in as much effort. They want to be able to post pretty pictures online to claim it as theirs and receive praises from people. And if you want to claim that it makes art more accessible to disabled people, that's only an insult to artists who are disabled. There are plenty of disabled artists like Tomihiro Hoshino who learned art AFTER he lost his body's mobility. If disabled artists can do it, then whats stopping able-bodied people from learning art?
Also i know people have been throwing the term "AI" around a lot but when it comes to creative work people usually meant Generative AI (or GenAI for short). I remember when AI used to refer to those humanoid machines that are used for labor work & increasing productivity, its the AI bros who are ruining the word with GenAI
