AI can program itself and will be far more sufficient in the future than man.
Even if we ignore that, companies will soon start to reduce their workforce. That is not to say that programmers (mathematicians) are obsolete; rather, there's less need for them to perform the same task due to intelligence (calculators). and an added bonus is the conservation of time.
