Penny, you say that it’s the dumbest thing you’ve heard, but this man, Geoffrey Hinton has a lot lot more intellect and expertise in the subject of technology and ai than the average, do some research on him and you’ll see he is someone very important in the ai scene, he helped invent it in the first place
