Just because it was public and free *does not make it yours*
*Free for you to view for your eyes* does not mean you get to own it (in this case, scrape or collect it in a database).
If you're hoping to make the AI generated art to be copyright-free that would mean stripping off any copyright from the original images it learned from because AI generated art may have *learned* from copyrighted images.
