The fact that people unequipped to discern whatever the AI says to satiate their opinions from fact have unrestricted access to AI is an issue in of itself. In most cases, people becoming too dependent on AI have mental health issues. A depressed person trying to get any semblance of comfort wont be cross referencing advice from different models, they will probably rely on one which will then cause issues by being a useless sycophant who affirms that mentally unwell person's mentally unwell thoughts.
