actually, yeah, this is bad, especially from an artistic perspective
Ai seems to be doing things right, but even now doesnt do it properly because it doesnt understand what its generating.. what that means is
the muscles you trace may seem right, but they might as well dont be and you could just trace anatomically wrong stuff thinking its right..
For positioning (I assume you mean perspective) its the same
What I would recommend you to do is to first understand the basics (there are countless videos about what the basics of drawing are)
obviously you are still supposed to enjoy drawing, so if you dont wanna do any of this, dont but if you actually want to improve it will take effort (but its gonna be worth it)
if you wanna learn anatomy to draw people get the book "anatomy for artists" by Tomfoxdraws it will literally teach you EVERYTHING you need to know
If you dont have the money rn, you can find it only for free, however having the book is a lot more fun to use
About tracing, its fine, but I would recommend you tracing real artists because youll actually learn how they drew things
