Yeah. My wife is worker in this sector. She and her coworkers are training the AI to do their jobs but they are told this is not the case. However, customers are responding very negatively to the AI call reps so the future isn’t lookin so grim. Customer Surveys report a drop of 40 percent in customer satisfaction with many customers requesting to talk to real people.
