Ideally yes. Problem is ppl will keep forming these "relationships" with these programs if you let them. Maybe you don't have mental health problems when you start regularly chatting with the bot but they come later. There needs to be a large scale campaign warning about the dangers of talking to a chatbot like it's a human. Saying that if you MUST use it, treat it always as what it is: a program, a bot.
