She seems creepy not because she is too humanlike, but because she isn’t humanlike enough in her behavior and looks, but still resembles a human. It is called an “Uncanny valley effect”. If a robot is completely indistinguishable from a human being, than the effect wouldn’t take place. That’s comparable with CGI characters in games. Nowadays they look almost exactly like humans, although they aren’t real people. But no one gets creeped out, right? The same thing with robots.
