@XMysticHerox the problem is not the automation or the change in itself: it's the fact that the change could outpace our capability to adapt to it, so that once our solution is ready, it's already obsolete...you clearly are more interested in the short-term effects I'm more focused on the long-term ones. You can think it's premature and that there's room for change later on, if required, but experience taught me that undesirable social and economical mistakes are easier to prevent than to correct.
