Lot's of automakers call it something like that. Ford calls it CoPilot360 or BlueCruise, VW calls it Travel Assist, Volvo calls it Pilot Assist. All those names make it pretty clear that it's an assist system, not a fully autonomous system.
But yes, Tesla needs to rename "Autopilot"
