@soulknife20 I don't disagree.
It was just an odd comment to use so early in a documentary about predictive policing.
We've only heard one side of this story. So I remain skeptical.
I'd like to see a report on how often neighbors called the police or at least a ratio of citizen calls vs police visits.
I've lived in a low income neighborhood where I've had to call the cops almost nightly. As well as feed some of the local kids, who's parents didn't feed them regularly. We were infested with roaches because on HuD family threw all their garbage in the basement.
