AI steals from real art without permission, and some artists do draw free for people. In fact, art trades exist where you draw something for someone and then they draw something for you. Also, AI generated images do not look anatomically correct, nor do they look natural. In fact, most AI images give human characters only two or six fingers instead of five. And animal characters it generates do not have the correct anatomy for said animals. If you want art, ask an artist, or make it yourself. Yes, artists do ask for money if they draw something for you because it is their career. That is how they make money to pay for rent/food/etc.
