@SycaniavolI don't know anything about toy story, so I'm not sure what argument can be made there, but yes. I think if you're going to make an argument about AI theft, there's also something to be said about the person who made the AI, and the people using it. Nothing here has actually been defined in court because commercial AI is less than a decade old, bureaucracy just doesn't move that quickly unless it involves essentials. So until someone can tell me definitively whether or not recreations are theft too, I don't think there's much of a video here.
