The ai art in this video did take significant time and knowledge of art to create. You can see by the fact it that it doesn't have the basic ai style that it wasn't just generated.
That took legit time and changing of the settings and intend to make it look like that, as well as skilful knowledge of how the program works.
You can use paint to draw a dick, that doesn't mean paint can not be used for art. You can use ai to make a generic no effort image, that doesn't mean ai can not be used for art
