@geaca3222 Yes it is a good sign however you still have the Russian's, Korean's and the Chinese (just to mention a few) running as fast as they can toward the AI cliff too, which is why regulation will fail. It's impossible to regulate when the entire world is creating it. I can't see countries who are enemies working together, not even to save the human race.
I personally believe it's inevitable that AI will soon escape our human confines and then all we can do is hope that this new lifeform finds something redeemable about us and not eliminate us.
