Problem is when you have a "kill chain" whit no human "in the loop" but "on the look". The way the systems works now days is that a human is somwher in the chain approving every thing but the problem is when we remove the human and only let it inspect stuff if it wants but else it runs automatically. We have had problems previously whit fore example AAA systems mistaking civilian aircraft fore a missil and automatically sending a misile to fix tem problem. Since no one was aware that it was doing this before the missile had already been fired, it became a bit of a problem.
