What you described sounds like equality and the rich will never allow it. The child of a dock worker having just as much of a chance at recognition, wealth & power as the child of an oil magnate? Nope. As soon as they have the AI and tech for robots to do physical labor, they won't need/want to share the resources of the planet with the rest of us.
