@ashardalondragnipurake I did explai how it is strictly different from factory automation and you did not refute the point you just said nuh uh, do feel free to present an argument instead of simply inserting that I am wrong.
Also as an extra inspiration requires the ability to be inspired an AI can not get inspired so yeah it is stealing as the work that is used as a datapoint is taken in its entirety and gets combined with other entirely stolen ( or sometimes bought and paid for) datapoints.
Nothing original is created already existing pieces of art are combined in accordance with the prompt given as opposed to inspiration which is making something that is effected by the thing you got inspired by yet it is still something you originally come up with.
