So far AI seems very dumb.. It doesn’t understand, it just copies through a clever algorithm. The big data centers that run AI might be obsolete soon too as more efficient AI’s can run on a single computer. And it’s definitely not the smartest people in this world owning the AI companies.. AI is taking the jobs of journalists because they have stopped doing journalism. AI doesn’t understand the world, it just simulates language by copy’n paste through an algorithm with a massive database. The beast isn’t alive yet, I think it’ll take a long time for any AI to ever understand the real world. So far it fails simple logical tests. I think it’s more like 2070 before we should worry too much.
