@Blade29894 I mean yeah. Even if ai images were art. Its not the promoters art. It would be the bot because it made the picture. Not the prompter.
So if it was art it would just be like commissioning/asking a request from an artist and then claiming you drew the picture.
But of course if it would be equivalent the artist would also be tracing parts of artworks that they dont have permission to use.
