1: Hard false. Might be true any day, might not. It's not looking likely at the moment.
2: Possibly true. You're leaving out the fact that if unemployment is so high, that the cost of labor drops. Meanwhile, you're assuming the costs of electricity don't continue to skyrocket in failing western power grids. Finally, AI providers may need to start driving up prices at some point (or they may not if the speculation fire burns for another half decade).
3: Hard true.
4: More true than false.
5: True in spirit, false in how it's actually stated. Tax revenues do not matter to politicians. Personal gain and getting elected into office does. Almost every single politician will choose destroying the future of the nation, near or far, to get their personal benefits or apparent short term gain right now.
