Other video viewpoints: Basically, following the infamous footage from shad, they broke down everything that he was bragging about, and showed how easy it was to mimic. Especially the stuff that he was bragging about. Then they critiqued these changes, noting obvious flaws that made it clearly appear ai generated. For instance, shading. The sun was both clearly in front and behind the character at the same time. Shad bragged about the changing the leg which now looks totally out of proportion. Plus, several other things that made shad’s work look more like two jigsaw puzzles forced together instead of original artwork. I believe you just mentioned this as well. Loyalty to Shad: He is an above average content creator who I personally find to be entertaining. However, I am always open to different interpretations and creators. Companies charging for using their ai: Don’t like it, but how is that different than the artist charging me to use their artwork. This arms race will always continue. I am now of the belief that if we fail to embrace this someone else will. The political side: Unfortunately, this is bigger than any artist. We already, have candidates running deep fake campaigns, deep fake war propaganda, and much more. We need to be on top of this. It is as I have already said, literally an arms race.
