If an AGI is able to interact physically with the real world (which requires both being able to receive some kind of stimulus and being able to produce meaningful action), it could theoretically figure out how to do just about anything. Although, if the sensory perception is a 480p camera and the physical action is a couple of toy robot rolly wheels, it probably won’t accomplish much.
