I think the issue is that you have morons in finance and in boardrooms that think a tool can replace skilled workers. The idea that a machine or tool can replace an actual writer or performer is ridiculous on a literal and ethical level. AI isn't something to be afraid of per se, but it DOES need to have restraints on its use.
