@thewannabecritic7490 Of course, creating good 3D models and scenes requires artistic understanding and technical skill – that’s exactly my point. The animator defines the creative blueprint and visual intent. But once that setup is done, the rendering process itself – the generation of each frame with realistic lighting, reflections, and shadows – is fully handled by the software through algorithms.
My comment was about who actually produces the final frames, not about whether art knowledge is needed to build the scene. The same applies to AI tools: understanding how to guide an AI system to produce the desired output is in itself a complex skill – almost an "art" form that requires deep insight into how the algorithms behave. But regardless of how advanced or creative the user input is, the final result is still generated by algorithms, not manually created by the human hand.
