Yeah to back up one of the other comments here. I have ADHD and my attention span has been getting more and more destroyed by social media, and it's getting genuinely quite difficult for me to focus and write (especially the initial drafts, just getting words on the page). But I've never touched AI for writing and never will - the more you use it, the more you will rely on it and the more your ability to actually write and speak will wither away. Don't surrender that. Use a spell checker or grammar checker if you have to, but I really strongly recommend you write if you can. No one starts out with a perfect final draft right off the bat, that's why you have a drafting process - make bullet points and outline your ideas, then flesh them out slowly, then edit and refine them until you've said what you want to say. Unless I'm misunderstanding your problem, what you describe in terms of struggling to express yourself is very common and it's the reason why we're taught to make outlines and rough drafts in school. You phrase things one way, you rephrase it to be more accurate, you go back and edit the phrasing because you realize it's not quite correct, on and on until you're more or less happy with the final product. I promise that's way more fulfilling and mentally stimulating than going almost straight from bullet points to final draft. When it comes to generating AI images for business reasons, I have a lot more sympathy for that.
