Hence I don't trust this teddybear faced guy. Maybe it's like with nuclear weapons, if everybody has them we might live in a more stable world. Though unlike nuclear weapons for AI you don't need specific resources and technology to process them. In theory you might even be able to create some artificial super intelligence within your own basement.
