It will swing back. When these crap AI systems don't work, they'll need great talent. It will go back to a bidding war if you really know what you are doing. I work in banking compliance .. a lot of banks are going after this AI crap now. lol They are trying to go cheap with offshore resources and AI. What could go wrong? Upper management is chasing buzzwords to look cool at cocktail parties. They are clueless.
