@ The hands are not part of the picture. With the low resolution of the video, there’s nothing wrong to be seen in the eyes or hair. As for the clothing, it looks fine, and any discrepancy with other art of this character means literally nothing, since this could be (early?) concept art that was even posted by mistake. Do you have the source image to properly check this?
Anyway, screaming "it's AI!" just because there are discrepancies, because the art isn't perfect (as some have done), or because a character is using a certain pose (which people have also criticized) is borderline obsessive and ignorant. I'm not saying that's the case here, since I can't find the source, but this kind of mistake has been made several times in the past. Some people are even starting to do the same with written text when they see something long and well-written. They're jumping at shadows.
