Art and music hasn't been taken over by AI, only digital art and music. Traditional art and music probably won't be taken over by AI for a very long time, until we have machines that can make precise movements with brushstrokes and instruments.
It's unsurprising how digital art is taken over easily. Anything that's made of computer data is replicable with computers, whether it by human or AI. AI just does it way faster.
