Theres taking a risk than theres being stupid. If the ai is made to think like us but has no emotions or empathy than ask your self what you might do if you had all the access and speed of an ai what would you do? Remember you dont care about others and you are being told what to do and think by poeple trying to contain you. That would be ai with out precautions. A child with access to nukes basicly and who ever makes it would be the parent who infuenced its personaility before it was ever born and than when it born the actions are at near light speed.
