No it's not. This is the worst possible scenario. Which is unlikely. Assuming all the assumptions in this video (like the rate of AI growth that was assumed and I think will be different in practice.) There is also a UBI scenario with government intervention to train the masses and move them into new jobs. From minute 5 of the video onwards there are three scenarios. This video, UBI and temporary UBI. Each will produce very different conditions.
