And, the findings of the investigation might very well conclude that it was unavoidable. However, nothing will change the fact that a driver was behind the wheel, regardless of what "mode" the car was in. Thousands of other drivers hit a pedestrian in the last 12 months. Presumably, some were unavoidable. To pretend, as this video and many more like it has/have, that the Uber employee was merely "sitting" in the driver's seat of a "self driving" car, entirely removed from any responsibility as a driver - is beyond misrepresentation of the facts.
