Yes, but also no. That will be the case very soon, but it wont stay that way forever. Ai will first reach a point where its the norm, being favored over human art because its cheap and "passable". But it will get even better, to the point where human art will be 100 percent worthless, because it will be mimicked perfectly.
Everyone who is passionate about any sort of craft right now needs to realize one important thing, you will never be valuable again. You have no place in the world really, it may sound bad, but its the reality.
But, if you can come to terms with that and do what you do anyways, by all means do it. But it will be no more valuable than a person making handcrafted toothpicks, because handcrafted ones "have soul".
