Yeah obviously I can't understand how people can't see this. This has happened before (or similar to this). In the industrial revolution they made machines that essentially was able to duplicate art many times faster than any human and it destroyed a lot of jobs. Then there was the camera, there's no need to draw mountains, lakes or cities, but a lot of people still do it. AI is going to become good eventually but it won't eliminate human made art.
AI could be a positive for anyone doing art ( for reference for example ) but the way it's being used now is kinda sad.
